Quality Assurance Specialist

Conduct and oversee internal quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards.

Prepare for and manage NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) audits.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and documentation in line with ISO 17025.

Lead and participate in 5S implementation to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Identify areas for improvement in the quality management system and implement corrective actions.

Train and support staff on quality assurance processes and standards.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality audits, assessments, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement best practices.

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

• BTech, Diploma, or MTech in a relevant field.

Freshers with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices are welcome to apply.

3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role preferred.

Experience in conducting NABL audits.

Knowledge and experience with ISO 17025 documentation and compliance.

Experience with 5S methodology.

Proven experience in conducting internal audits and implementing quality management systems.

Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using quality management software and tools.

Problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
